Jack Russell Terrier breed guide
Like most of the terriers Jack Russells are a big dog packed into a small frame. We believe a Jack Russell makes an ideal family pet. They are a healthy breed, affordable, tolerant of children, and always up for an adventure. Jacks are are excellent vermin destroyers but need to be controlled around cats and other small pets and wildlife. An excellent choice for the committed owner and family and available in smooth, broken and wire-coat.
Anyone interested in a Jack Russell terrier could also consider a Parson Russell terrier, a Manchester Terrier, a Tenterfield Terrier, a Glen of Imaal Terrier, or the larger Fox Terrier.
