Dog & Cat Breeder Complaints & Concerns
If you have concerns about a dog or cat breeder it's important that you submit a complaint to the relevant agency in your area. Whether it be about the health and welfare about the dogs, puppies, cats or kittens, cruelty, and/or the conditions they are kept in. Without official complaints, the authorities responsible for handling these issues are often unaware, or unable to act. If the breeder is listed on Perfect Pets, please let us know as soon as you can. Please see information on our complaints policy and submitting a report.
Report animal cruelty
If you have witnessed animal cruelty, including neglect or abandonment, you should report it via phone or online form to the RSPCA Inspectorate team in the state or territory it took place (see below). Northern Territory reports should be made through the NT Government.
