We are a small home based breeder and exhibitor of show standard Shar Pei. Our pups are raised in our home on acerage and well socialised with our older dogs and people.

Breeder Questionnaire

Question. Do you health test appropriately (eg hip and elbow X-ray scoring, DNA testing), and understand the genetic issues that may affect your breed? Do you have sensible, sustainable breeding strategies in place to promote the health of your dogs and puppies?

Yes

Our dogs are all DNA tested and pups have eye exams prior to homing. We only breed from our dogs which are free from disease and are well natured.

Question. Do you ensure that your puppies are properly socialised?

Yes

Our pups are socialised with our older dogs and people on a regular basis.

Question. Do you have any of the following: conditions of sale, health guarantee or warranty, de-sexing agreement, a buyer questionnaire, verbal or personal interview?

Yes

All potential homes are screened for adequate space, fencing, experience and time availability. Our pups go home with a care and training guide and we make a point to provide ongoing support for the lifetime of the pup.

We are still in touch with every family who have purchased a pup from us. We are more than happy to answer questions and will offer strategies for ongoing training.
