Preparation & socialisation
Question. Do you ensure that your puppies are properly socialised?
Answer. Yes.They are raised in my lounge room so are cuddle and interacted with all the time. We play outside with the big dogs and are around all the noise of a busy house.
Placement & matching
Question. Is making sure your puppies go to the right homes a priority? How do you ensure they are placed in loving, responsible homes?
Answer. Yes.Screening process is crucial. Legally binding contract. Talking to the families and adding them to our family group prior to puppy being collected.

Answer. Yes.Contract of sale that has state legislative health guidelines. We start with a application to tell us about you and what you are looking for. We have very specific questions. We are very particular about families that do have our French Bulldogs but are supportive ongoing as well, so we need to make sure we choose carefully for our pups from the start.
Ongoing support
Question. Do you offer ongoing support?
Answer. Yes.We have a private family group for our families to share stories and pictures but to also ask for advice or support.
Question. Do you assist the buyer with re-homing an animal that was purchased from you if they are unable to keep it?
Answer. Yes.Yes we would but have never faced this issue as the right choice at the start is key.
