Health testing & screening
Question. Do you health test appropriately (eg hip and elbow X-ray scoring, DNA testing), and understand the genetic issues that may affect your breed? If your breed is prone to health issues, what are they, and what testing practices do you have in place?
Answer. Yes.so far dna .. at this point of time we are still in planning and following though with what is required at appropriate times
Preparation & socialisation
Question. Do you ensure that your puppies are properly socialised?
Answer. Yes.1 when they are ready they will do interacting with the other dogs. 2 we are open for the family's to visit and interact with all the dogs. 3 our family interact with the dogs. 4. all pups will come with recommending puppy play groups. ultimate goal for us is to start our own puppy play group as there is not one local to Clifton district
Placement & matching
Question. Is making sure your puppies go to the right homes a priority? How do you ensure they are placed in loving, responsible homes?
Answer. Yes.As Above no one can buy a pup by showing of cash ... all must complete application, no exceptions
Question. Do you have any of the following: conditions of sale, health guarantee or warranty, de-sexing agreement, a buyer questionnaire, verbal or personal interview?
Answer. Yes.application for puppy .. must show residential stability, evidence of environment & question of how they would behave with puppy problems (ie Chewing & so forth) ,, all potential buyers are offered a refund off $100 on providing evidence of de-sexing. No pups will be sold with out passing 100% heath check at 6 weeks by vet
Ongoing support
Question. Do you offer ongoing support?
Answer. Yes.There is no such thing as silly question & all Dogs are a product of there owner, there for we do offer that they can visit any time for training tips or simply contact us
Question. Do you assist the buyer with re-homing an animal that was purchased from you if they are unable to keep it?
Answer. Yes.this is what we would preferer but unfortunately is not enforceable
