Health testing & screening
Question. Do you health test appropriately (eg hip and elbow X-ray scoring, DNA testing), and understand the genetic issues that may affect your breed? If your breed is prone to health issues, what are they, and what testing practices do you have in place?
Answer. Yes.All puppies will be vaccinated, health checked, microchipped and eyes checked prior to going to their new homes
Hip and Eye scores of parents will be supplied to potential puppy buyers
Preparation & socialisation
Question. Do you ensure that your puppies are properly socialised?
Answer. Yes.Puppies will be socialised with my adult dogs prior to going to their new homes, it is not safe to take them out in public until they are fully vaccinated, so depending on when they go their new homes will determine if they are socialised more publicly
Placement & matching
Question. Is making sure your puppies go to the right homes a priority? How do you ensure they are placed in loving, responsible homes?
Answer. Yes.Meet the potential owners in person, and discuss the exercise, grooming and feeding requirements of puppies
Discuss housing, crates, bedding etc. and secure fencing of properties, inspect where possible.
Question. Do you have any of the following: conditions of sale, health guarantee or warranty, de-sexing agreement, a buyer questionnaire, verbal or personal interview?
Answer. Yes.As per Dogs Victoria regulation 20.1 Code of Practice

Answer. Yes.We have a facebook group for sharing information
Always available to answer questions and help with information, liaise with other breeders if I can't answer the buyers questions
Question. Do you assist the buyer with re-homing an animal that was purchased from you if they are unable to keep it?
