KITTENS DUE early 2024
NEW STUD BOY
NEW FUTURE QUEEN
We are hobby breeders with a small show team that we exhibit here in Perth Australia. We strive to breed Cornish Rex kittens with excellent coat and body type that adhere to the Breed Standard.

Our kittens are born and raised in our home from parents that exhibit great temperament. We work closely with our vet to produce cats of excellent health and vigour. Families that take home a Picobello baby are offered life time support and are considered family.

We welcome enquiries and have a waiting list. We are planning a litter to be born at the end of 2023.

Our standards & practices

Health testing & screening

Question. Do you health test in accordance with the current standards and recommended guidelines for your breed? Can you demonstrate your knowledge of any required DNA or other health related test results concerning your breed (if applicable).
Answer. Yes.My breeding cats receive regular vet checks prior during and after litters are born. We work closely with our reproduction vet and strive for excellent health amoungst our cats. Kittens are wormed, vet checked and vaccinated, desexed and microchipped prior to leaving us from 16weeks of age.

Preparation & socialisation

Question. Do you ensure that your kittens are appropriately socialised? Please provide details about how you raise your kittens to ensure that their environmental and social needs are met, that they are suitable as pets. And, do you ensure that the new family understands and is equipped to continue this socialisation?
Answer. Yes.Kittens are left with mum until leaving us. They are socialist in a safe kitten run where they see other cats and experience the sights and sounds of beyond the kitten room!

Placement & matching

Question. Is ensuring that your kittens go to the right home a high priority? How do you ensure that the kitten will be a good fit, and be well cared for in its new home? Do you have a verbal or personal interview?
Answer. Yes.A lot of time is spent communicating with buyers and placing kittens with the most suitable family.
Question. What written information about the conditions of sale, warranty, and information concerning the care and maintenance of the breed do you provide?
Answer. Yes.We insist on meeting potential families prior to agreeing on a purchase. A health certificate is provided from the vet prior to leaving. They do not leave till fully recovered from sterilisation. We offer life time support to our families.

Ongoing support

Question. Do you offer ongoing support? For example: Help with introducing a kitten to other animals; help with any health or behavioural problems that might occur.
Answer. Yes.We offer life time support as our babies never leave our hearts.
Question. In the long term, do you assist with re-homing a kitten or cat if for some reason the new family are unable to care for it?
Answer. Yes.Yes I would if that was ever the case? I tell my buyers as part of my forms that if rehoming is needed to please contact me first and I will start the process of rehoming or organise to regain ownership of the kitten/cat
