we Health DNA test our mothers and fathers of all litters and we notify all customers of any health issues the parents may carry or be affected of.
Question. Do you ensure that your puppies are properly socialised?

we ensure that all of our puppies are well socialised from a early age to ensure that once they leave for their new homes they have wonderful social skills.

Question. Is ensuring that your puppies go to the right home a high priority? What type of measures do you take to ensure your dogs and puppies are going to go to loving homes?

To ensure that we ask number of questions and keep a on going relationship with all of our customers to make sure that our puppies are entering the right home with the right conditions and also ensuring that the new owners have the right experience and knowledge before making the purchase of our puppies.

Yes, Pawprint Puppies offer a 24/7 ongoing support to all of our current and future customers. we have many ways our customers can contact us either a meet up in person, phone, facetime, instagram, facebook, our website and email.
Question. Do you offer pet insurance?
Yes
Yes, we offer free 3 months pet insurance when they sign with Bow wow Meow Pet insurance. Each of our owners receive a handy booklet with their new puppy to make sure they can pick the right pet insurance they want to go with for them and their puppy.
Question. Do you assist the buyer with re-homing an animal that was purchased from you if they are unable to keep it?
No
No, If the case that one of our customers were unable to keep their puppy we ensure that we Pawprint Puppies have the puppy safety returned to us and we take the responsibility to re home the puppy.
