We have been showing Griffon Bruxellois for over twenty years & breeding them approximately eighteen years. We breed Griffons for ourselves to show & occasionally we are able to share some of the litter mates with other Griffon enthusiasts. We have bred one Grand Champion & nine Champions. We also trial our Griffons in obedience & Rally O & many have titles in this sport as well. Several of them have appeared in TV commercials & have been practicing for the new tricks competitions starting up in 2020. We give our dogs the best food & supplements to ensure our dogs are in peak condition & health.

Breeder Questionnaire

Question. Do you health test appropriately (eg hip and elbow X-ray scoring, DNA testing), and understand the genetic issues that may affect your breed? Do you have sensible, sustainable breeding strategies in place to promote the health of your dogs and puppies?

I have done eye testing on my dogs, but do intend to do hip scoring as well.

Question. Do you ensure that your puppies are properly socialised?

Yes

They are taken to the park for a walk & sometimes to cafes as well.

Question. Do you have any of the following: conditions of sale, health guarantee or warranty, de-sexing agreement, a buyer questionnaire, verbal or personal interview?

Yes

I do guarantee my dogs & if anyone is not happy with one of my pups I will buy it back. I do ask them to de-sex the pup between 10-12 months. Personal interview.

Question. Is ensuring that your puppies go to the right home a high priority? What type of measures do you take to ensure your dogs and puppies are going to go to loving homes?

Yes

I like to interview the prospective buyers & try to ensure they are going to live with decent, honest people that will look after them well. We often sell to a member of the Griffon Club that has pre-filled a puppy buyer form.
