Farfalle home of exquisite Papillons and Phalenés, Physical and mental soundness, good health and temperament is of great importance to us. We only breed with DNA tested dogs who have received full breed profile DNA testing through Orivet and tested 100% clear of disease.
We are located in Northern NSW, our dogs are physically active and spend hours playing outdoors. Our Papillons are part of our family and their unique individual personalities bring much love and happiness into our lives.

Health testing & screening
Question. Do you health test appropriately (eg hip and elbow X-ray scoring, DNA testing), and understand the genetic issues that may affect your breed? If your breed is prone to health issues, what are they, and what testing practices do you have in place?
Answer. Yes.I am a third generation pedigree breeder and trainer, the health of our Papillons is our priority and we only breed from DNA ( Papillon profile ) clear tested dogs . We follow holistic principles, feed our papillons on a diet of raw organic human grade meat and vegetables. A life time surrounded by dogs, both working and companion has gifted me experience but I am still learning ! for they never stop teaching us about ourselves .
Preparation & socialisation
Question. Do you ensure that your puppies are properly socialised?
Answer. Yes.puppies grow up in our busy household, they are socialised from 3 weeks of age when they receive cuddles from visiting children, and friends. They are socialised with the mature dogs from 5 weeks of age and after their second vaccination they get to go out to public dog walking beach , and park.

Answer. Yes.Our puppies only go to the best of homes, we require written information for approval and we interview by phone. Our puppies are registered on the Limited Registrar , not for breeding or export . Puppies receive an extensive vet health check before leaving to their new home. We guarantee the health of our puppies and request the new owners to return puppy to us if their circumstances change , or they are not happy with their puppy. We provide support and stay in contact for months , often years with their owners.
