We are Labrador breeders registered with Dogs Victoria, and breed labradors for temperament and family pets. Our labradors are our family pets.
We live on a farm on the Bellarine Peninsula about 1 hour from Melbourne and our dogs enjoy walks and runs on our farm and socialising down at the dog beach at Ocean Grove. They are very much loved and have a great life!

Health testing & screening
Question. Do you health test appropriately (eg hip and elbow X-ray scoring, DNA testing), and understand the genetic issues that may affect your breed? If your breed is prone to health issues, what are they, and what testing practices do you have in place?
Answer. Yes.I understand that if a dog is a carrier of a disease it must not be mated with another dog that carries the same disease as this can result in the pups having the disease. My process of breeding is always to improve the breed with dogs that have a clear DNA testing and good hip and elbow scores.
Preparation & socialisation
Question. Do you ensure that your puppies are properly socialised?
Answer. Yes.We have another do that they socialise with under supervision. We have people and children that visit under supervision and managed. We have different areas of play that have different textures, smells and we expose puppies to different noises and objects that are not frightening for them
Placement & matching
Question. Is making sure your puppies go to the right homes a priority? How do you ensure they are placed in loving, responsible homes?
Answer. Yes.By speaking with them and seeing if they understand the Labrador breed and if they are committed to the labradors needs. I ensure that they have a good safe set up and environment and if there are young children that they understand that they must be supervised at all times when with children of a young age.
Question. Do you have any of the following: conditions of sale, health guarantee or warranty, de-sexing agreement, a buyer questionnaire, verbal or personal interview?
Answer. Yes.we have a de-sexing agreement when the form for the sale on limited register is signed. I have correspondence and meet people and families before the puppies are sold.
Ongoing support
Question. Do you offer ongoing support?
Answer. Yes.If the family doesn't work out I offer to take all labradors back. If local I still offer socialisation with my dogs.
Question. Do you assist the buyer with re-homing an animal that was purchased from you if they are unable to keep it?
Answer. Yes.
