Registered Sphynx breeder located near Echuca Victoria. Our kittens are raised as part of the family & socialised with our grandchildren on our farm where we raise our buffalo calves.

Our kittens come vaccinated, vet checked, wormed, desexed & with a kitten pack with samples of their current foods, kitty litter, travel carrier, blankets, toys, pjs and bathing items. Our kittens are well handled with bathing, nail trimmings & ear cleanings.

Queens & Sires are HCM tested each year.

Health testing & screening

Question. Do you health test in accordance with the current standards and recommended guidelines for your breed? Can you demonstrate your knowledge of any required DNA or other health related test results concerning your breed (if applicable).
Answer. Yes.HCM tested - all breeding cats are tested every 12 months in Melbourne. It’s the most common heart condition in cats and can be inherited. HCM causes abnormal thickening of the heart muscle and this means the heart can not function properly, HCM can occur at any age.

Preparation & socialisation

Question. Do you ensure that your kittens are appropriately socialised? Please provide details about how you raise your kittens to ensure that their environmental and social needs are met, that they are suitable as pets. And, do you ensure that the new family understands and is equipped to continue this socialisation?
Answer. Yes.Kittens are housed inside with free roaming, are handled each day by myself or my children including being handled by my grandchildren (4 & 8 years old) from birth.

Question. Is ensuring that your kittens go to the right home a high priority? How do you ensure that the kitten will be a good fit, and be well cared for in its new home? Do you have a verbal or personal interview?
Answer. Yes.I doI verbal interview and ask questions regarding their knowledge of the Sphynx breed.
Question. What written information about the conditions of sale, warranty, and information concerning the care and maintenance of the breed do you provide?
Answer. Yes.I provide a “kitten care pack” with all the information you need for new family member. I include a cleaning care pack, a jumper, food and a hand book for references including caring and cleaning. I include a kitten travel carrier, with a blanket and toys they are familiar with. Litter sample and food samples.

Ongoing support

Question. Do you offer ongoing support? For example: Help with introducing a kitten to other animals; help with any health or behavioural problems that might occur.
Answer. Yes.In my care pack I provide information on this, also my phone number so I can be contacted
Question. In the long term, do you assist with re-homing a kitten or cat if for some reason the new family are unable to care for it?
Answer. Yes.
