We at Aimsway have breed many outstanding dogs during our over 40 year of being involved in the magnificent German Shepherd Dog. Including numerous champions and multi Best In Show winners.
We belong to the German Shepherd Dog Council of Australia (GSDCA), as well as the NSW German Shepherd Dog League (NSWGSDL) and the German Shepherd Dog Club of QLD Inc (GSDCQ).
At Aimsway we abide by each organizations strict code of ethics and we follow the GSDCA breed improvement schemes, for which we have received the bronze, silver and gold medals for producing German Shepherds with sound hips and elbows.
Our Emphasis And Aim Is To Breed Sound, Healthy And Outgoing German Shepherd Puppies, Which Will Be Lifelong Companions.

Health testing & screening
Question. Do you health test appropriately (eg hip and elbow X-ray scoring, DNA testing), and understand the genetic issues that may affect your breed? If your breed is prone to health issues, what are they, and what testing practices do you have in place?
Answer. Yes.We adhere to the code of ethics and breed improvement schemes of our breed clubs and governing bodies. We at Aimsway carefully plan our litters and only choose the most suitable pairings with the aims of producing exceptional animals.
Preparation & socialisation
Question. Do you ensure that your puppies are properly socialised?
Answer. Yes.Our puppies are raised with children which ensures they are used to a number of different sights and sounds but above all else a loving and caring environment.
Placement & matching
Question. Is making sure your puppies go to the right homes a priority? How do you ensure they are placed in loving, responsible homes?
Answer. Yes.We love all of our puppies and ensuring they go to the very best of homes is of utmost importance to us.

Ongoing support
Question. Do you offer ongoing support?
Answer. Yes.It is quite normal for our puppies new families to send regular updates, including photos and videos of how the pups are doing. We love hearing how the puppies are doing and how they settle in to their new families.
Question. Do you assist the buyer with re-homing an animal that was purchased from you if they are unable to keep it?
Answer. Yes.
