Townsville Foster and Rehoming Animals
Thank you for taking the time to learn a bit more about us. The beginning of our organisation starts and ends with Angela Atkinson, our Director, Manager, as well as heart and soul. In August 2011, Angela saw a need. A need for a group that would help with the pets across Townsville, from all walks of life. Puppies and kittens that couldn't be taken care of properly by their family, pets that need to be re-homed because of a change of family circumstances, or just animals that have been abandoned or found lost.
Our mission statement is as follows: to save our dogs, cats, kittens, and puppies that cannot speak and do not have the ability to save themselves, and by doing this, bring joy to people who find room in their hearts to love these animals and give them forever homes.
We'll help you find the perfect new addition to your family. Be you after a bouncy new puppy, a quiet lap cat, or a dog for a running companion, we can help you find your furry soul mate.
Though we hate to see it happen, we understand that circumstances change and you may no longer be able to care for your pet. If you're struggling to pay the bills, if you've had to move into assisted housing, if your newborn is allergic to your pet, or any other issues--please contact us so we can help you find a new home for your beloved pet.
Animals that are in need of a new home usually don't have anywhere to live while they wait for their future families to come along, and that's where we come in. Our tireless volunteers open up their homes, hearts, and pockets to care for these animals while they wait for their time to be adopted.
