Preparation & socialisation

Question. Do you ensure that your kittens are appropriately socialised? Please provide details about how you raise your kittens to ensure that their environmental and social needs are met, that they are suitable as pets. And, do you ensure that the new family understands and is equipped to continue this socialisation?
Answer. Yes.We have a small, high-standard in-home cattery. All my kittens are born with my close supervision within my bedroom and are raised directly inside the home and underfoot for high-level socialization. They are used to normal household noises, dogs, small children and visitors. I have at least 1-8 cats/kittens on my lap, shoulder or next to me at all times. Often more at night-time sleeping on my bed. Our whole home is their playroom set up with lots of stimulation through out it.

Placement & matching

Question. Is ensuring that your kittens go to the right home a high priority? How do you ensure that the kitten will be a good fit, and be well cared for in its new home? Do you have a verbal or personal interview?
Answer. Yes.Ensuring our kittens go to the right, loving homes is one of our top priorities. We learn about lifestyle, experience, and the environment the kitten will be joining. This helps us match each kitten’s personality with a family where they’ll thrive. We’re always happy to offer advice and guidance, both before and after your kitten goes home, to make sure they settle in comfortably and receive the care, attention, and enrichment they need to grow into happy, healthy Bengals. We ensure each family is given full details on how to best welcome their new kitten into their home, along with information on the best food, litter trays, worming and follow up vaccination requirements. We also ensure each owner understands their kittens personalities to ensure a smooth transition.
