Queen Mimmi - Sassy Torti
Domestic Short Hair Kittens & Cats For Adoption - Melbourne, VIC
Mimmi first came into care in 2020 as a surrendered adult after her human passed away. She was adopted into a loving home where she lived the high life, travelling around Australia and charming fans with her own social media presence. But when her beloved person faced life-threatening surgery and uncertain recovery, Mimmi was returned to Cat People of Melbourne for her safety and wellbeing. Her adopter is now thankfully recovering, but cannot provide the care Mimmi needs, so this fabulous feline icon is looking for a new home to reign over.

With her striking tortoiseshell-and-white coat and strong opinions, Mimmi is every inch the regal Queen she believes herself to be. She's clever, confident, and full of sass--a true tortie in spirit and style. She adores food (especially yours), delights in being admired, and will happily tell you what she thinks in no uncertain terms. Mimmi is a people cat through and through: she loves companionship, gentle affection, and knowing she's the centre of your world.
Mimmi would suit a home where she's the only pet, or with animals who know how to keep out of her royal space. She coexists with respectful children but prefers a calm, adult household where she can rule in peace. Her ideal person will be home a lot, happy to share snacks, and willing to give her the pampered retirement she deserves.
Full of charm, personality, and tortie attitude, Mimmi still has many years of love, laughter, and companionship to offer. She's a dignified older lady with a heart of gold--and she's ready to bestow it on the lucky person who welcomes her home. Is it with you?
Mimmi has been desexed, microchipped, and vaccinated (microchip #953010002718445, source #RE101165). She has early stage kidney disease and is on a prescription veterinary diet along with supportive herbs. She is responding very well to this regimen and is currently stable. She is available for adoption right now!
