Question. Do you health test in accordance with the current standards and recommended guidelines for your breed? Can you demonstrate your knowledge of any required DNA or other health related test results concerning your breed (if applicable).

All breeding cats are tested through the University of California Davis for HK. We regularly introduce 'outcross' to boost the health and vigour of our gene pool. If any cat was found to have a genetic abnormality they would be removed from the breeding program.
Question. Do you ensure that your kittens are appropriately socialised? Question. What written information about the conditions of sale, warranty, and information concerning the care and maintenance of the breed do you provide?
Yes
All kittens go to their new homes after being vaccinated twice, microchipped and desexed. Kittens leave us with a 6 week pet insurance policy, which owner are encouraged to continue with & prospective buyers are asked to visit the kittens prior to purchase to ensure a correct 'match'.
Question. Is ensuring that your kittens go to the right home a high priority? How do you ensure that the kitten will be a good fit, and be well cared for in its new home? Do you have a verbal or personal interview?
Yes
At the initial meeting prospective buyer are asked as to how they intend to house their cat & they are given information on cat enclosures if they want the cat to have 'outside time'.
