Oscar Torrens - Handsomest Tabby
Domestic Medium Hair Kittens & Cats For Adoption - Melbourne VIC
Oscar Torrens came into care after being caught from a street colony by a concerned member of the public who reached out for help when she had two kittens safely contained in her laundry. Rescued from outdoor life and given the chance to grow up in safety, Oscar is now blossoming into a sweet, fluffy young gentleman with a big future ahead of him.
A stunning marbled brown tabby with magnificent ear tufts, oversized paws and big expressive ears, Oscar is clearly going to be a very big, very handsome boy. This domestic medium hair lad already has a kingly presence, with a soft, fluffy coat and a strong, muscular build. Despite occasionally pulling dramatic facial expressions when he's unsure, he is not a grouch at all -- just a sensitive soul figuring things out.
Oscar is affectionate, cuddly and faithful once he feels secure. He enjoys food (very much), playtime, and the company of his sister Betty Torrens. He does well with other non-confrontational cats and can be selective but manageable with calm dogs. He has even encountered rabbits, though he may find them a little sassy. Having been rescued from the street, Oscar can be nervous in new environments or around unfamiliar people and animals. Loud noises and strangers can worry him at first, and he is not keen on the outdoors, preferring the safety of inside life.
He would thrive in a calm home with children over 12 years old who can give him time to settle and build confidence. Oscar would love to be adopted with his sister Betty Torrens, as their bond provides comfort and reassurance, though he could also do well with another confident, friendly cat. With patience and kindness, this fluffy handsome boy is going to grow into a big smoochy tomcat who will reward his humans with loyalty and affection.
Oscar Torrens is a healthy raw/high quality fed male kitten who has been wormed, flea treated, vaccinated, desexed and microchipped (microchip #953010007961864, source #RE101165). He is available for adoption right now!
