Pawmi came into care with Cat People of Melbourne after being handed to rescue for responsible rehoming. From the moment he arrived, it was clear this little guy was ready to take on the world with confidence, curiosity and a whole lot of charm.
Pawmi is a gorgeous domestic short hair kitten with a white coat decorated with attractive striped tabby patches and an irresistibly soft white belly that seems designed for rubs. Bright, agile and sure-footed, he's an energetic explorer who wants to see and do everything. He's playful, smart and people-friendly, happily involving himself in family life and keeping a close eye on all household activities -- including watching the chickens with great interest.
This curious boy loves playing with other cats, exploring every corner of the house and being part of whatever is going on around him. He's social, good-natured and happy, with a confident little personality that makes him a joy to have around. While he's not part of a bonded pair, he is particularly fond of his foster brother Vulpix and would enjoy a home with another friendly cat or kitten. Pawmi isn't a fan of loud noises like vacuum cleaners or rubbish trucks, but otherwise has no behavioural concerns -- unless being "too cute for his own good" counts.
Pawmi would suit a family home with children and would thrive with human companionship and plenty of enrichment. He's an all-round excellent kitten who is going to grow into the very best boy cat imaginable -- you truly can't go wrong with this handsome lad.

To adopt from us you'll be required to have minimum an online meet & greet, a remote house check, show photo ID & proof of address, and fill out & sign an adoption contract.
Our animals are fully vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated and desexed before being advertised. They are evaluated for behavioural traits, fed a high-quality diet, and any known issues are communicated. NOT NEGOTIABLE CONDITIONS: indoor only/restrained to property & must be fed raw or vet prescription wet food.
We will communicate through every step of the process to ensure that the experience is excellent and your feline companion is the right fit. Read the contract for T&Cs for returns.
You must have residency in Australia to adopt from our group. If you are visiting or on a visa, talk to us about fostering instead!
