Diablo came into care after a woman escaping a violent situation reached out via Facebook to find him safety and stability. Since coming into foster care, he's shown just how much love he has to give once he feels secure.
Diablo is a striking black domestic medium hair with luminous yellow eyes and a warm brown belly that adds to his charm. He's a playful, affectionate boy with a big personality -- clever, curious and endlessly amusing. Diablo loves being involved in whatever his humans are doing and will happily follow you from room to room, making sure he doesn't miss a thing.
This goofy boy adores playtime and is particularly enthusiastic about chasing bugs, bees and anything that moves. Bathrooms are a particular fascination of his, and he's very keen to supervise showers. When the mood strikes, Diablo is a loving snuggler and is not above hopping onto your chest to wake you up and remind you he's there.
Diablo can get overstimulated if patted when he's not in the mood, but he's very good at giving clear warnings before resorting to playful nips. He would suit a home that understands cat body language and is happy to let him set the pace. He's good with other cats, selective with dogs, and would do best with children over 12 who can respect his boundaries.

Diablo is a healthy raw/high quality fed cat who has been wormed, flea treated, vaccinated, desexed and microchipped (microchip #978142001155264, source #RE101165). He is available for adoption right now! His adoption fee also includes his second vaccination at one of our rescue vets.

To adopt from us you'll be required to have minimum an online meet & greet, a remote house check, show photo ID & proof of address, and fill out & sign an adoption contract.
Our animals are fully vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated and desexed before being advertised. They are evaluated for behavioural traits, fed a high-quality diet, and any known issues are communicated. NOT NEGOTIABLE CONDITIONS: indoor only/restrained to property & must be fed raw or vet prescription wet food.
We will communicate through every step of the process to ensure that the experience is excellent and your feline companion is the right fit. Read the contract for T&Cs for returns.
You must have residency in Australia to adopt from our group. If you are visiting or on a visa, talk to us about fostering instead!
