Meelow is a genuinely lovely cat. We've really enjoyed having him here. Friendly and affectionate, and also very much a cat's cat. He has tried earnestly to make friends with both of our residents, so we think he'd go well in a home with a confident cat. I don't think gender is an issue for him. They just need to want a friend.
He's a deceptively small cat (4.6kg), as he's able to curl up into the smallest ball, but he's just really lean. No need to worry about him being too skinny though, he has a pretty decent appetite, and enjoys a raw chicken neck for his dental health.
He was a chatty boy when we got him, with that iconic Siamese sounding meow, but but his kitten friend went into her first heat when they got here & now that they've both been desexed, we don't hear it much anymore.
Be loved to have a chomp on some fresh cat grass, as well as the fishing line on his toy sometimes. Doesn't engage in a lot of play, but you can entice him to play with a fishing rod toy here and there, and he likes our tunnel, and is a big fan of the pod on our cat tree. (We have a Kazoo brand cat tree. They have the best sized pods and platforms) He also seems interested in outside (he's only been an indoor cat so far) so he might be a good candidate for harness training, or might enjoy time in an enclosure.
One of our favourite qualities of his is that he likes to curl up and snuggle with us. Sometimes a little awkwardly, but it's still sweet. And he's surprisingly polite and gentle natured for an older male who's only just been desexed.
Meelow is a healthy raw/high quality fed cat who has been wormed, flea treated, vaccinated, desexed and microchipped (microchip #956000017383528, source #RE101165). He is available for adoption right now! His adoption fee also includes his second vaccination at one of our rescue vets.

To adopt from us you'll be required to have minimum an online meet & greet, a remote house check, show photo ID & proof of address, and fill out & sign an adoption contract.
Our animals are fully vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated and desexed before being advertised. They are evaluated for behavioural traits, fed a high-quality diet, and any known issues are communicated. NOT NEGOTIABLE CONDITIONS: indoor only/restrained to property & must be fed raw or vet prescription wet food.
We will communicate through every step of the process to ensure that the experience is excellent and your feline companion is the right fit. Read the contract for T&Cs for returns.
You must have residency in Australia to adopt from our group. If you are visiting or on a visa, talk to us about fostering instead!
