ABOUT MARMALADE

Meet Marmalade, the petite greyhound with a big personality and an even bigger heart! Also known by her racing name Harra's Marmalade, (although she's never really had a career on the track) , she is a delicate soul weighing in at a mere 22 kg, which makes her quite compact for her breed. Marmalade sports a pretty face and pricked ears that add to her endearing charm.

It is important that Marmalade find a home with a doggy companion, preferably another Greyhound although not essential as she does warm to other friendly dogs. She is such a young little girl with much to learn and an older, calm companion will ensure that her confidence and true nature continue to develop. For this reason also, we're looking for a family who won't all be working for long hours every day so that she is not home without her family for more than a couple of hours at a time.

Marmalade is a gentle sweetheart who may start off a little timid, but her friendly disposition quickly shines through. She is as energetic as she is graceful and loves to play with fluffy toys, often taking them to bed as her cherished companions. Her impeccable manners extend to mealtime, where she eats with poise, never gulping her food. Marmalade is a social butterfly who gets along beautifully with dogs of all sizes, and she's proven to be cat-friendly, making her an ideal addition to a multi-pet household.

A well-behaved lady on the leash, Marmalade enjoys her walks as much as the cuddles she seeks beside you. She excels in responding to calls, ensuring she's never far from the heart of any action. Her dedication to her human companions is evident through her loyalty and love for staying close.
