Wax & Wayne - One is not enough

Wax (affectionately known as Waxillium) and Wayne wandered up to their foster carer's front door together, loudly announcing that the food situation required immediate attention. Initially mistaken for a mother-and-daughter duo, it was later discovered--after some strategic fluff investigation--that they were in fact two boys. From that moment on, they've been inseparable, forming a gentle, affectionate bond that has only grown stronger in care.

Wax is a striking beige and black tabby domestic long hair with an adorably cross-eyed expression and a huge, loving personality. He is chatty, cheerful, and endlessly amusing, with a goofy playfulness that brings constant joy. Despite his fun-loving nature, Wax is incredibly gentle, especially during play, and has a kind-hearted, affectionate temperament. One of his most endearing traits is his love of physical closeness -- he enjoys holding paws, being cradled like a baby, and curling up anywhere he fits, including desks. Shoelaces are a particular favourite, and he is always keen for cuddles on his terms.

Wayne is a stunning silvery grey domestic long hair with an impressively fluffy coat and a famously curly tummy. He is a softer, quieter soul with a sensitive heart and a sweet, slightly awkward charm. Wayne can be shy and timid at first, but once he feels safe he becomes a gentle, affectionate companion. He is delightfully clumsy at times, occasionally tumbling off furniture in a way that suggests grace was optional, and sometimes meows with his tongue poking out -- a quirk that quickly wins hearts. He enjoys playtime, especially laser pointers, and loves nothing more than a plush bed and calm company.

Together, Wax and Wayne balance each other beautifully. Wax's confidence and affection help Wayne feel secure, while Wayne's calm presence grounds Wax. They are often found resting near one another, playing together, or quietly sharing space, and it's clear that their bond provides comfort and confidence to them both.

Both boys have a strong dislike of the vacuum cleaner and will make themselves scarce when it appears, but otherwise have no significant behavioural concerns. They are selective with other cats and dogs and would do best in a calm home with older children (12+) who can respect their gentle, sensitive natures. Wax and Wayne are closely bonded and are looking for a home together where they can continue to thrive side by side.

To adopt from us you'll be required to have minimum an online meet & greet, a remote house check, show photo ID & proof of address, and fill out & sign an adoption contract.
Our animals are fully vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated and desexed before being advertised. They are evaluated for behavioural traits, fed a high-quality diet, and any known issues are communicated. NOT NEGOTIABLE CONDITIONS: indoor only/restrained to property & must be fed raw or vet prescription wet food.
