Koko King is a striking black and grey tabby boy with a royal presence and lovely soft fur. This handsome youngster came into care after being adopted as a "free to good home" kitten, then surrendered when his family realised they couldn't give him the time and resources he needed. His tail has a slight bend at the tip, a charming reminder of his rough start to life.
Despite a difficult past, Koko is a gentle giant who welcomes pats and cuddles once he knows you. He can be cautious at first, uncertain whether he's about to receive a cuddle or a smack, but his trusting heart shines through with patient care. Koko isn't overly playful and enjoys his independence, yet he loves attention and is eager to please. He's a clean boy with one royal requirement--a large litter box that's kept spotless, otherwise he'll make his displeasure known by going next to it.
Koko would suit an indoor-only home with adults or children over 5 who will give him space to settle and the affection he craves. He may accept a calm cat or dog companion with careful introductions, but he can be selective and may lash out if hissed at, so a home as an only pet could also be ideal.

To adopt from us you'll be required to have minimum an online meet & greet, a remote house check, show photo ID & proof of address, and fill out & sign an adoption contract.
Our animals are fully vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated and desexed before being advertised. They are evaluated for behavioural traits, fed a high-quality diet, and any known issues are communicated. NOT NEGOTIABLE CONDITIONS: indoor only/restrained to property & must be fed raw or vet prescription wet food.
We will communicate through every step of the process to ensure that the experience is excellent and your feline companion is the right fit. Read the contract for T&Cs for returns.
You must have residency in Australia to adopt from our group. If you are visiting or on a visa, talk to us about fostering instead!
