Bartholomew Ragamuffin - Loving Bruiser
Domestic Medium Hair Kittens & Cats For Adoption - Melbourne VIC
Bartholomew Ragamuffin didn't always have such a fancy name. Once known as "Sad Boy" when he first came into care, this big bruiser of a tabby had clearly known love in the past--but life on the streets had taken its toll. He was thin, ragged, wounded, and FIV-positive when found. But from the first night in foster care, he leaned into the hand of his carer, silently begging for love--and he's never looked back.

Now a pampered and glossy gentleman, Bartholomew is a large, fluffy tabby with a face that tells a thousand stories. He adores being brushed and smooched and sleeps deeply in his warm bed like he knows he's finally safe. He lived the good life with a foster family for nearly two years, but they sadly had to return to their home country--so this battle-scarred sweetheart is once again looking for a forever home to call his own.
Bartholomew is a confident, affectionate cat who knows what he likes--namely food, warm sunny spots, and being close to his people. He is deeply loyal and would make a wonderful companion for someone who appreciates a bit of sass mixed in with their snuggles. While he's content coexisting with some animals, he doesn't take kindly to other male cats and would strongly prefer to rule his new kingdom solo. He'd love a quiet, stable home where he can settle in and enjoy the comforts he's waited a long time to earn.
His slightly battered face just adds character--he's a uniquely handsome chap with a huge heart. And for the lucky person who gives him a second (or third) chance, Bartholomew will be your devoted feline overlord, healer, and sofa companion. Want to meet him? Hit that enquiry button now!
Bartholomew Ragamuffin is an 8-year-old desexed male domestic medium hair cat. He is FIV positive and must be kept strictly indoors. He is currently awaiting a dental procedure and assessment of a soft tissue lump under his tongue. He is otherwise in good health and receives immune support supplements mixed with his food. He has been flea and worm treated, vaccinated, and microchipped (956000014965024). Bartholomew is available for adoption now and will require a safe indoor-only home.
