I am a breeder of Papillon for the past 27 years. We are a small kennel breeding for quality not quantity. I do not have puppies all the time but am happy to discuss future litters.
Our dogs can be seen running free on our beach and roam the back yard and house at all time. All litter's are born and raised in the house. We handle them from birth and at 4 weeks of age they are introduced to the rest of the family both dogs and cats.
I am located in the southern suburbs of Newcastle NSW.

Health testing & screening
Question. Do you health test appropriately (eg hip and elbow X-ray scoring, DNA testing), and understand the genetic issues that may affect your breed? If your breed is prone to health issues, what are they, and what testing practices do you have in place?

Preparation & socialisation
Question. Do you ensure that your puppies are properly socialised?
Answer. Yes.I socialise all pups with older dogs, cats and kittens in the yard. My son and grandsons and other family members socialise with the animals including a nephew who is on the spectrum
Placement & matching
Question. Is making sure your puppies go to the right homes a priority? How do you ensure they are placed in loving, responsible homes?
Answer. Yes.I like to meet the people puppy with live with prior to making a decision. I encourage people to come visit the pup on a minimum fortnightly basis so pup get to know the new owner and family. if they have a dog I encourage them to bring the dog with them so they get used to each other prior to leaving me.
Question. Do you have any of the following: conditions of sale, health guarantee or warranty, de-sexing agreement, a buyer questionnaire, verbal or personal interview?
Answer. Yes.6 weeks pet insurance, de-sexing agreement, interview over the phone and in person, first week food supply, puppy pack from royal canin. crate.
Ongoing support
Question. Do you offer ongoing support?
Answer. Yes.always available to speak to new owner for updates and advice.
Question. Do you assist the buyer with re-homing an animal that was purchased from you if they are unable to keep it?
Answer. Yes.If I am able to I will take the dog back. I will only refund money once pup is re sold minus a fee I charge.
