Rulett Portuguese Water Dog Puppies are due in early June and therefore ready for their new homes 8 weeks later.
Both parents are fully DNA tested for all PWD specific diseases plus Hip and Elbow x-rayed and scored and ACES Certified, including the litter before they go.
All puppies will be mainly black with small white on chests and maybe some toes. All will be Wavy Coats.

Question. Do you health test appropriately (eg hip and elbow X-ray scoring, DNA testing), and understand the genetic issues that may affect your breed? Do you have sensible, sustainable breeding strategies in place to promote the health of your dogs and puppies?
Yes
I DNA Test for ALL PWD diseases currently available. I also Hip and Elbow x-ray, grade and score. I am the only Breeder in Australia who ACES Eye Certifies all my Adults, and litters before they go to new homes at 8 weeks. I also Volhard Aptitude Test every litter at 7 weeks.
Question. Do you ensure that your puppies are properly socialised?
Yes
I follow the Puppy Culture Programme. My pups have visitors from 4 weeks old, they travel many kms to Vets, and for VAT Testing, ACES testing etc., and to visit other Breeders homes. They are very well traveled by 8 weeks. They go to Bunnings and Petbarn and have puppy play dates etc.
Question. Do you have any of the following: conditions of sale, health guarantee or warranty, de-sexing agreement, a buyer questionnaire, verbal or personal interview?
Yes
Health Guarantee as per DNA etc. see above tests I do. No early desexing allowed. Both Verbal and personal interviews where possible.
Question. Is ensuring that your puppies go to the right home a high priority? What type of measures do you take to ensure your dogs and puppies are going to go to loving homes?
Yes
I educate all potential owners about my Breed with emailed info and long phone calls and visits, Meet and Greets, and if they live far away I put them in contact with other PWD Owners in their area well beforehand to make sure this is the correct Breed for them and, more importantly, that they will be the correct Owner for one my puppies. I knock back more Owners than I accept.

Yes
You get ME for the rest of your puppies life. I am available 24/7/365 to all my Owners.
Question. Do you offer pet insurance?
Yes
Trupanion Pet Insurance as soon as you leave with your new puppy which is valid for 1 month.
Question. Do you assist the buyer with re-homing an animal that was purchased from you if they are unable to keep it?
Yes
I take back any dog, any time, any age, any condition. I also re-home from the original owners home if required.
