MITYANGU French Bulldogs are a small very seldom breeder who is all about the health and safety of the breed.

Puppies select their families and have the very last say on who they end up with.

We breed only to provide ourselves with show dogs and we have pet owners with multiple dogs from us and families who have been waiting years for our next litter.

Breeder Questionnaire

Question. Do you health test appropriately (eg hip and elbow X-ray scoring, DNA testing), and understand the genetic issues that may affect your breed? Do you have sensible, sustainable breeding strategies in place to promote the health of your dogs and puppies?

Yes

All dogs are Hip and Spine scored at appropriate age. Babies are pre X-rayed for any concerns. Full DNA profiling performed on all breeding dogs. All puppies and dogs are Vet checked.

Question. Do you ensure that your puppies are properly socialised?

Yes

All puppies are socialised with other dogs and people.

Question. Do you have any of the following: conditions of sale, health guarantee or warranty, de-sexing agreement, a buyer questionnaire, verbal or personal interview?

Yes

Buyers are required to make an effort to view the home of the puppies and provide information to ensure a safe and secure future within their family is provided. The puppy and its mother will have the final say. Contracts in relation to the welfare of the puppy are usually required.

Question. Is ensuring that your puppies go to the right home a high priority? What type of measures do you take to ensure your dogs and puppies are going to go to loving homes?

In most cases, we request a contract is signed to ensure the welfare of the puppy is the primary concern. We offer a lifetime re-homing program and also ensure we are there to support all of our families and puppies.

Pet insurance is a personal preference and we do not wish to lock a family in to one that does not suit their requirements.

Yes

100%, in fact we require them to ask for assistance. We NEVER want to see the babies we breed in anything other than a loving home.
