Here at Mambilou we love Frenchies, enjoying them as part of our family since 2010, however over the last couple of years I have become actively Involved in both showing and then selectively breeding French Bulldogs. I have only a couple of selected dogs which I show and they are very much part of our family, living inside and sharing in our daily experiences.

Because we actively show our French Bulldogs, you may feel free to come along to the next dog show in Melbourne and meet myself and my wonderful Frenchies.

We have recently imported some outstanding pedigrees from Poland to add to the pool gene in Australia and we can't thank everyone who has assisted with our program.

Over the last couple of years we have imported French Bulldogs from top bloodlines within Europe.

Breeder Questionnaire

Question. Do you health test appropriately (eg hip and elbow X-ray scoring, DNA testing), and understand the genetic issues that may affect your breed? Do you have sensible, sustainable breeding strategies in place to promote the health of your dogs and puppies?

All my dogs are health tested between the ages of 14 months for their HIps/ Elbows. DNA testing is completed at 8 weeks of age. My dogs are also health checked prior to breeding to ensure that they are fit to breed. We have also RFG Grade our dogs to eliminated any BOAS

Question. Do you ensure that your puppies are properly socialised?

Yes

Puppies are born and raised inside my house and are well socialised with tv, radio, people, children dogs etc

Question. Do you have any of the following: conditions of sale, health guarantee or warranty, de-sexing agreement, a buyer questionnaire, verbal or personal interview?

Yes

All puppies are sold on a contract which stipulates all relevant details.

Question. Is ensuring that your puppies go to the right home a high priority? What type of measures do you take to ensure your dogs and puppies are going to go to loving homes?

Yes

In depth initial discussion with the buyers, I would advise for them to come to a dog show and meet my dogs, and then they are welcome to come over and visit. Also, ensure that they are aware of the breed requirements
